Splitvision Design approached Swappie with a proposal to redesign their existing packaging. My contribution included concept development, prototyping, 3D-modeling, creating presentations etc.
The result was a high-end paper box containing an elegant and minimalistic insert made from molded paper pulp that holds and protects the products.
The cavity holding the USB cable features a finger grip for easy removal of the insert. It's also designed to minimise rattling by dividing the space underneath, preventing the accessories from moving around.
